Lawsuit against Apple and At&T
There was a monopoly abuse lawsuit against Apple Inc and AT&T Inc's mobile-phone recently!!! Well, many people suspected that iPhone possibly take over the market and it almost did...
Apple secretly made AT&T its exclusive iPhone partner in the US for five years now and the lawsuit includes any iPhone buyer with a two-year AT&T agreement since June 2007 is dampening competition and driving up prices.
